摘　　要：简要介绍’2008世界碳纤维前景会议。会前有2个研讨主题,碳纤维生产和应用市场的分析和气溶胶(Aerogels)-气溶胶及其气溶胶复合材料的新应用和技术发展。会议有4个专题:工业综述和市场趋势,最终应用的市场分析,汽车上应用的前景和碳纤维生产和制造技术的发展。并指出’2008世界碳纤维会议对我国碳纤维工业发展的启示。In this paper, the conference of ＂Global Outlook for Carbon Fiber ＇2008 ＂ is briefly introduced. There are two pre-conference workshops, ＂Emerging Market Analysis for Carbon Fibre Production and Applications＂ ＆ ＂Aerogrel-Novel Applications and Technical Developments in Aerogels and Aerogel Composites＂, involving four subjects, that are： （a） Industry Overview and Market Trends; （b）Market Analysis by End-user Application; （c, d） The Future of the Automotive sector ＆ Technical Developments in Carbon Fiber Production and Processing. The enlightenments from The Global Outlook for Carbon Fibre ＇2008 Conference are pointed out.
