摘  要:目的:研究毛鸡骨草抗氧化性能及对高血脂氧化损伤的保护作用.方法:将实验大鼠分成三组:高血脂病理组(即模型组)、毛鸡骨草低剂量组(10g/kg)、毛鸡骨草高剂量组(20g/kg),经过相同时间处理后,检测各组大鼠心肌和肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,然后进行比较.结果:毛鸡骨草低剂量组和高剂量组大鼠的心肌及肾脏SOD活性与模型组相比均出现显著上升(P<0.05),而MDA含量均呈现明显下降(P<0.05);但在高、低剂量组两者之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:毛鸡骨草能降低高血脂大鼠心肌、肾脏MDA含量和提高SOD活性,对高血脂大鼠具有一定抗氧化的作用.Purpose: To pilot study antioxidant activity and the effect of mechanism for the Hyperfipidemia rats of Abrus mollisHance, so as to discuss Abrus mollisHance's value in health function. Methods: the big rat were divided into three groups: hight blood fat set (model set), low doses set (10g/kg). hight Abrus mollisHance set ( 20g/kg ) , After treat with in the same time, measure the activity of SOD and the level of MDA, and then process comparatively. Results: The activity of SOD of low Abrus mollisHance set and hight doses set cardiac muscle and was significantly higher than the model set(P〈0.05) ; the levels of MDA was significantly lower than the model set (P〈0.05), but there is no obvious difference between hight Abrus mollisHance set and low doses set obviously (P〉0.05). Conclution: Abms mollisHance can reduce the high fat rat heart, kidney MDA content and enhance the activity of SOD, have antioxidize on the big rat in hight blood fat.
