摘  要:目的评估超声监测下经外周置入中心静脉置管(PICC)的作用。方法观察我院84例超声监测下接受PICC的患者,置管时用超声扫查导管位置,出现异位现象及时调整。结果84例患者中3例出现导管异位,撤出一定长度后,在超声监测下重新置入到预定长度,X光片显示均在上腔静脉内预期位置。结论超声监测下PICC简单可行,能较好地避免导管异位,提高置管成功率。Objective To evaluate the role of ultrasound-guided placement of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) in avoiding the dislocation of the tube. Methods In 84 patients underwent PICC procedure in our hospital, the uhrasonography was applied to examine the location of PICC tube in the vein following the place- ment of PICC. The necessary adjustments were done when dislocation of the tube was found. Result Among these 84 patients, three dislocations of the tube were found by uhrasonography and the consequent replacement were done successfully with the guidance of ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided placement of PICC is simple and practical way to guide the successful placement of PICC.
