摘  要:目的探讨安全学习是否能阻碍中毒伙伴效应的形成,从而为有害动物防制提供有益的思路。方法实验用成年雄性Wistar大鼠24只,分为对照组、条件性味觉厌恶(CTA)组、安全学习组、观察学习组,其中,对照组单独饲养,其他3组饲养在具有三隔室的铁笼内以便相互作用;CTA组和安全学习组在摄取糖精溶液后,腹腔注射或者不注射LiCl使其分别建立对糖精的CTA和安全学习,观察学习组不做处理;两瓶法测定每只大鼠对糖精溶液相对摄取量。结果对照组、CTA组、安全学习组和观察学习组的糖精溶液嗜好比分别为65.18%、2.12%、86.78%和42.36%,各组之间的差异均具有统计学意义。结论安全学习能有效阻止中毒伙伴效应的发生。Objective To examine whether learned safety can block the transmission of poisoned partner effect, thereby evoke a helpful idea for the pest controL Methods Twenty - four adult male rats were divided four groups: control group, conditioned taste aversion (CTA) group, learned safety group and observational learning group; the rat in the control group was fed in an isolated cage, rats in other three groups were fed in a wire cage that is composed of three compartments so convenient for interaction each other; the rat in the CTA group and in the learned safety group was injected with or without LiCl following drank saccharin solution to establish CTA or learned safety to sweet taste, the rat in the observational learning group was no treated. Results The preference rate of saccharine in the control group, the conditioned taste aversion (CTA) group, the learned safety group and the observational learning group was 65. 18%, 2. 12%, 86. 78% and 42. 36%, respectively, the difference between two any groups was significantly. Conclusion The learned safety to sacehafine acquired via pre- expose saccharine could efficaciously eliminate PPE.
