摘 要:南水北调中线实施后,石家庄市将获得外调水资源,这在缓解当地水资源匮乏现状的同时,也给石家庄市水资源优化配置带了新的问题。在对石家庄市水资源开发利用现状、外来调水量进行分析基础上,预测了2010年石家庄市的水资源供求关系,利用目标规划法,建立了石家庄市水资源优化配置模型,并用GLPS软件对模型进行求解。结果表明:2010年,石家庄市在保证满足生活用水、工业用水和生态环境用水的前提下,农业用水量将短缺7.795×108m3,占总需水量的20.6%,缺水形式依然严峻。After carrying out the middle line of south - to - north water transfering project, Shijiazhuang will attain transfered water resources, which will relieve the situation of water deficient in Shijiazhuang and arouse new problem in optimal allocation of water resources in Shijiazhuang. By analysing the current situation of using water and the amount of transfered water in Shijiazhuang, the author forecasts the supply and demand relations of water in Shijiazhuang 2010 and builds an optimal allocation model of water with goal programming. At the same time, the author soloves the model with the software of GLPS, which indicates that 7.795×10^8m^3 water - 20.6% of total demand - will scarce in agriculture in 2010 if Shijiazhuang supplies enough water for living, industry and ecosystem environment.
