摘 要:依据层次分析法、模糊数学原理,结合问题的背景知识建立了设备模糊综合可用性层次分析模型。并利用该模型研究了发动机缸体生产线设备可用性的评价问题。以设备的平均无故障时间(MTBF)、平均维修周期(MTTR)、年均故障次数、年均维修费用、平均有效度的观测值为基础变量,建立了可用性指标模糊评价集的隶属度函数,利用层次分析法给出了评价准则关于评价目标的相对权重,最后利用模糊综合评价法给出了发动机缸体生产线所有在役设备的可用性排序。A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built to evaluate the production equipment usability on the basis of analytic hierachy process(AHP), fuzzy mathematic theory as well as the relevant background knowledge of the problem. The model was employed to evaluate the equipment usability of an engine cylinder block production line. Membership functions of fuzzy evaluation sets of equipment usability were constructed based on basis variables, such as the observed values of the mean time between failures, the mean time to repair, the annual number of failures, the average maintenance cost peruyear, and the average availability. Relative weights of evaluation criteria with regard to the evaluation target were given by AHP. The usability order of all equipments in an engine cylinder block production line has been given by the proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
