基于产业价值链增值的公共农业技术政策创新——以广东省北运菜星火技术产业带为例

摘　　要：技术需求动力与技术供给动力双不足是制约中国农业技术进步的主要问题。通过对广东省北运菜星火技术产业带的研究表明,围绕农业产业链和价值链的关键环节,推动以市场导向、政府主导、官产学结合为特征的农业技术体制创新,以技术集成为主要手段,是一条适合我国国情的区域农业技术发展道路。The main problem that restricts China＇s agricultural technology progresses is insufficient supply in both technical demand power and technical power. This paper, by an example of spark technology industry belt on vegetable towards north in Guangdong, indicates that encompassment agriculture industry chain and value chain is the key link of agricultural technology system innovation characterized with market direction, leading by government, the union of government, industrial and research institute ; technical integration is the main method in the region agricultural technology development suitable for our country＇s national condition.
