突出特色教育 增强地方高校竞争力

摘　　要：突出特色教育、创建特色高校是培养创造性人才,增强地方高校竞争力的关键。创建特色高校应围绕特色教育的内在因素采取措施:以创造性校长的塑造为核心和主导;以特色教师的培养为关键和重点;以个性学生的培育为立足点和归宿;以服务地方经济、突显地区特色为依托;以特色校园文化的孕育为基础;以健全的制度为保证。突出特色教育,创办特色高校需要经历一个漫长的实践过程,应采取科研先行、学习借鉴、选择突破、整合强化等有效措施。It is the key to give prominence to characteristics of education and to construct characteristics of university in cultivating creative talents and strengthening the competition of local universities. The construction of characteristics of university should take measures involving the inner element of characteristics of education, i. e. shaping the creative university president as the core; training characteristic teacher as the key; cultivating characteristic students as the goal;serving local economy and giving prominence to locality as the support; conceiving characteristics of university culture as the basis and the sound system as guarantee. It is a long way in practicing the prominent characteristics of education and constructing characteristic university. Effective measures, such as research first, leaning, choice and breakthrough, integration and reinforcing, should be taken to promote characteristics of education.
