摘　　要：为地方社会政治经济文化教育发展服务是地方高校学报应尽的职责,同时,对地方社会发展中的若干问题的学术研究也为地方高校学报创设特色栏目、办出特色提供了丰富的学术研究资源与广阔的发展空间。因此,地方高校学报应坚持为地方社会发展服务的办刊方针,积极关注地方社会发展的大课题,学术性与应用性研究融合并举,培养作者队伍,稳定稿源,注重学术规范,提高学术质量等,才能使学报的特色建设稳定地可持续发展。It is the duty of the journal of local universities to serve the local politics, culture and education, meanwhile the academic study of the local society development provides academic resources and development space for the feature column of the journal of local universities Therefore, the journal of local universities should stick to the guideline of serving the local society development, focus on the main topic of local society development, fuse the academy and application study, form the paper contributor groups, stabilize the resource of paper source, pay attention to academic criterion, and promote academic quality to develop the feature construction of journal steadily and sustainably
