摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗膜周部室间隔缺损(VSD)围术期并发症的处理方法。方法2006年1月至2008年6月介入封堵治疗膜周部VSD共97例。术后在病房连续心电监测及严密观察7天。对围术期出现的并发症根据病情进行相应处理。结果全组无死亡。术后15例心律失常,予积极用药治疗,心电图改变均在2～28天恢复正常。主动脉瓣微量返流3例,随访无变化。VSD残余分流1例,溶血1例,股动脉一过性血栓阻塞1例,均痊愈。出院后随访无严重并发症发生。结论严密观察和积极处理围手术期的各种并发症可提高膜周部VSD介入治疗的效果。Objective To investigate the management of perioperative complication of transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defects （VSD）. Methods From Jan 2006 to Jan 2008, total 97 patients underwent transcatheter closure of perimembranous VSD. Monitoring by electrocardioscanner persisted for 7 days. Perioperative complication was treated accordingly. Results None died. 15 cases of arrhythmia occurred postoperatively, and disappeared after medical treatment of 2-28 days. 3 cases of aortic valves had minor recurrence and had no change in follow-up. 1 case of residual shunt of VSD, 1 case of hemolysis and 1 case of femoral thrombus obstruction all healed. No severe complication occurred in follow-up. Conclusion Tight inspection and active treatment of perioperative complication can improve the therapeutic effect of transcatheter closure of perimembranous VSD.
