摘　　要：本文在个体生命分为三期的世代交叠模型下,分析了现收现付制公共养老保险对经济增长的影响。其中,个体是无私的;政府财政收入来源于对个体工资征收的个人所得税。接着,财政收入被分配到老年人的养老保险和公共服务两方面。我们证明了虽然现收现付制公共养老保险有可能增加社会福利,但是妨碍经济增长。相应的,本文说明了我国应该完善养老保险改革。In this paper, we analyze the relationship between pay-as-you-go scheme and the economic growth in an overlapping generation economy, in which all individuals are altruistic and live for three periods. Government＇s tax revenue comes from labor wage taxes. In addition, tax revenues are allocated between public pension and public service. Accordingly, we demonstrate that although pay-as-you-go scheme may increase the representative individual＇s utility, it impedes the economic growth. Meantime, this lecture demonstrates that our country should reform public pension system.
