经食管超声心动图在心脏外科手术中的临床决策评价

摘　　要：对46例心脏外科手术中应用经食管超声心动图(TEE)患者进行分析,探讨应用TEE在心脏外科手术决策中的作用。结果发现未出现与TEE应用的相关并发症;在TEE帮助下,14例患者修正了术前诊断,所有患者都进行了一般性干预,21例患者进行了决策性干预。由此得出结论,在心脏外科手术中,TEE可以帮助术者做出正确的决策,进行临床干预。Forty-six patients in cardiac surgery were analyzed to observe the importance of clinical decision--making in cardiac surgery applied with transesopbageal echocardiography （TEE）. Result shows TEE related complications were not occurred. In addition,fourteen patients were modified diagnosis by TEE before cardiopulmonary bypass. All patients had a general guidance. Twenty--one cases were guided in decision--making. The conclusion was that TEE during cardiac surgery helps accurate decision and clinical intervention made.
