摘　　要：采用循证医学方法,通过计算机检索Pubmed和CNKI有关肝移植与心理学的文章,对肝移植患者术前和术后心理不同特点进行总结,制定心理干预措施。以便在临床工作中为患者进行合理的心理指导,从而提高肝移植患者健康水平和生活质量。Based on Evidence--based medicine, we summarize different psychological characteristics ot patients betore and after liver transplants, according to search the articles on the liver transplantation and psychology by Pubmed and CNKI. Then we establish the psychological interventions to the patients, carrying out the reasonable psychological guiding so that improving the health and life quality of the patients.
