内隐自我与心理健康

摘　　要：内隐自我指自我中那些不能被意识知觉和控制的方面和成分。自我平衡、自我驱动、社会文化影响等理论对内隐自我的心理机制进行了分析。内隐自我对于心理健康有着重要意义:一方面,内隐自我对个体的心理健康具有重要影响:健康心理存在着不同于外显水平的内隐机制;情绪障碍在内隐水平影响着心理健康;内隐自我通过态度影响着个体的不良行为;另一方面,内隐自我对心理健康服务具有深刻意义:心理健康工作者的内隐自我会影响其工作,健康服务工作者的内隐自我对其工作态度甚至医疗行为都具有影响。Implicit self refers to the implicit aspects of self that can be neither introspected nor controlled consciously. Theories such as self-balancing, self motivating, social and cultural influence revealed the psychological mechanisms of implicit self. Implicit self is of great significance in mental health. On the one hand, implicit self has important effects on individuals＇ mental health. The mechanism of implicit self performs differently from explicit level in healthy mentality. Dysthymic disorders affect mental health in implicit level. Implicit self affects individuals＇ unhealthy behaviors through their attitude. On the other hand, implicit self has profound significance on mental health services： people working on mental health services could be influenced by their implicit self from the aspects of working attitude and even their medical behavior.
