局部高温加栓塞介入治疗肝癌36例舒适护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在肝癌局部加热疗法(HT)+肝动脉药物灌注(TAI)+肝动脉栓塞(TAE)介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将73例行HT+TAI+TAE治疗的肝癌患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,对两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果:两组在实施护理后,观察组焦虑程度,术中恶心、呕吐发生率,疼痛程度及疼痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:舒适护理可有效减轻局部高温加栓塞介入治疗肝癌患者的术中焦虑程度,恶心、呕吐发生率和疼痛程度、疼痛发生率,利于手术顺利进行。Objective：To explore the effects of comfort nursing care in the treatment of liver cancer with local heating therapy （ HT） combined with hepatic artery drug infusion （TAI） and hepatic artery embolization （TAE）. Methods： Seventy three patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 36 ） and control group （ n = 37 ）. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in observation group were given extra comfort nursing care. Results： The anxiety of patients and occurrence of nausea and vomiting in operation and pain were significantly lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Comfort nursing care can effectively reduce the pa- tients＇ anxiety, nausea, vomiting and the incidence of pain in the treatment of liver cancer with HT.
