摘  要:以异氰酸酯和聚丙多元醇为原料合成了多种水性聚氨酯,并首次用于合成革的后整理。将成革的透氧气性、透湿性、低温耐曲折性、耐干湿擦性、耐老化性等,与溶剂型聚氨酯涂饰后的合成革进行了对比研究,结果表明:经水性聚氨酯涂饰的合成革的透氧量达到了4 583.53mg/cm^2·h,为溶剂型的1.5倍,且透水汽量达到了615.53mg/cm^2·h,约为溶剂型的8倍;低温曲折次数大于4万次,为溶剂型的2倍。采用水性聚氨酯替代传统的溶剂型聚氨酯完成合成革的后整理,成革性能优良,大幅度降低有机溶剂排放造成的环境污染,确保了合成革行业的可持续发展。The waterbased polyurethane was synthesized from aromatic diisocyanate and polypropylether diols, and applied in the synthetic leather finishing. Compared with the synthetic leather finished by solvent - based polyurethane, the water - vapor - permeability, oxygen permeability, low - temperature flexibility and wet/dry fastness of the products finished with the waterbased polyurethane were investigated. The results show that the oxygen and the water - vapor - permeability of the later products are up to 4 583.53mg/cm^2 . h and 615.53mg/cm^2 . h, 1.5 and 8 times as former products. The low - temperature flex resistance exceeded 40 000, twofold as former products. Due to the existence of many hydrophilic groups in the products finished by the water- based polyurethane, the synthetic leathe^r show relatively lower wet fastness, but same dry fastness. Synthetic leather finished with waterbased polyurethane shows good physical - mechanical properties and a great reduction of volatile original compounds ( VOC), being beneficial for the durative development of the synthetic leather industry.
