摘 要:将低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)热压成0.5mm左右厚的薄片,在其两侧热压上或者镀上电极,再加+40kV高压和-40kV高压注入电荷,采用压力波(PWP)法测量注入过程的空间电荷分布,并对测量数据进行定性和定量的比较,旨在对采用不同电极材料(高聚物半导电电极、铝、金、铜等金属电极)的低密度聚乙烯电荷注入进行较为系统的比较和总结,并对注入机理进行探讨。实验结果证明这几种金属电极材料的逸出功越大则越不利于空间电荷注入。Low density polyethylene (LDPE) grains are pressed into sheet of 0.5mm by hot-press method, and then electrodes were added to both sides of it by hot-press method or evaporation method. While testing, +40kV or -40kV DC was put on the samples and PWP Method (Pressure Wave Propagation Method) was used to measure space charge injection. After qualitative and quantitative analysis to the data, a systematic comparison and summarization of the charge injection in LDPE with different materials of electrodes (EVA, Al, Au and Cu) were given in this paper and its principle of injection was also discussed here. The results indicate that lager work function leads to less space charge injection.
