摘  要:随着工程塑料的发展,在产品重要受力部件中用工程塑料代替金属材料不仅能节省大量的贵重金属,其制品的寿命也将大大提高。采用了有限元方法,结合ANSYS,Moldflow两个分析软件对轿车用起重器的重要受力部件(起重器螺母)进行CAE分析,对其力学性能和加工工艺参数进行分析后得出,对于起重器螺母及类似用途零件的制造,经过改性的PA66可作为代替传统铜合金材料优选的工程塑料。With the development of engineering plastics, using engineering plastics to replace metal materials used in the important components of products can not only save a lot of precious metals, the life span of its products will be greatly enhanced as well. The finite element method was used with ANSYS and Moldflow. And the analysis software was used on the CAE analysis of engineering plastics jack nut which is the important components of the car jack. Through analysing the mechanical properties and processing parameters, the results show that modified PA66 is the better engineering plastics material to replace the traditional copper alloy material used for jack nut or similar parts.
