摘　　要：在新一代产品几何技术规范(NGGPS)操作技术和逆向工程曲面重构技术的基础上,分析现有曲面重构方法,重点研究NGGPS操作技术在逆向工程曲面重构中的应用。设计基于NGGPS的逆向工程曲面重构程序,将复杂的点云数据分成若干部分,运用特定的操作算子序列,使整个重构的曲面误差控制在一定范围内,从而保证较高的曲面质量,最后将NGGPS操作技术应用于卡扣设计中,并验证其可行性。Based on the technology of NGGPS operation and surface reconstruction in reverse engineering, firstly analyzed current surface reconstruction methods and emphatically researched on the application of NGGPS operation technology in reverse engineering surface reconstruction, then designed the surface reconstruction procedure based on NGGPS. The procedure divided the cloud data into several parts and then used certain operation sequence to control the error of the whole constructed surface so as to ensure surface＇s higher quality. Finally NGGPS operation was applied in the design of button to validate the procedure＇s practicality.
