人工选育F5代萍乡肉红鲫RAPD遗传分析

摘  要:萍乡肉红鲫是分布于江西萍乡的具有地方特色的品种,经过人工选育获得了较为稳定的遗传特征。用经过筛选的23个随机引物对25个人工选育F5代萍乡肉红鲫基因组DNA进行RAPD分子标记。结果显示扩增片段大小在250 bp至2 100 bp,共扩增的条带数为229,差异标记条带大多数为弱带,多态位点比例为12.7%;萍乡肉红鲫群体内的平均相似率为0.875 6,平均遗传距离为0.124 4。实验结果表明人工选育F5代萍乡肉红鲫的种质较纯,群体遗传变异较小。Pingxiang Red - transparent Crucian Carp ( Carassius auratus var. Pingxiangnensis) was a special variety, distributed in Pingxiang of Jiangxi Province. It had relatively stable genetic characteristics through six generations of artificial breeding. In this study,23 prepared random primers were used to study the genomic DNA of 25 individuals by the RAPD technique. The total amplied bands amounted to 229, the length of bands were 250 -2 100 bp,29 RAPD marker bands among them were weak,the ratio of polymorphic locis was 12.7%. The genetic identity within the population of Pingxiang red - transparent erucian carp was 0.875 6 and the mean genetic distance was 0. 124 4. The results indicated that the genetic variance within Pingxiang red - transparent crueian carp was little and it was a pure line.
