摘 要:为研究水煤浆流化悬浮燃烧时的破碎规律,用以马弗炉制备的浆球模拟该技术中形成的浆滴,在异密度热态流化床内,通过改变运行参数即床温(650、750、850和950℃)、流化数(3、3.5、4、4.5)和床料高度(30、50、70和90mm)来研究水煤浆滴形成浆球后在流化床内的破碎状态。并分析了床温、流化数和床料高度3个运行参数对破碎后颗粒粒径分布的影响。试验发现水煤浆球在热态流化床内发生的一次破碎在30s以前就结束了,然后同时存在二次破碎和逾透破碎的作用。To study the fragmentation rules of coal water slurry(CWS) when it is burned under the combustion technology of Fluidization-Suspension, the CWS drops formed by the technology were simulated by CWS spheres made with Muffle furnace. The experiment was carried out in a thermal different-density fluidized bed. The operating conditions e.g. bed temperature(650, 750, 850 and 950~C), fluidization number (3, 3.5, 4 and 4.5) and bed material height(30, 50, 70 and 90 mm) were changed to investigate the fragmentation performance of the CWS spheres. And the influence of bed temperature, fluidization number and bed material height on the size distribution of fragmentation was analyzed. The results show that the primary fragmentation of the CWS spheres in the fluidized bed finished in the first 30 s, then the CWS spheres undergo a couple effect of secondary fragmentation and percolation fragmentation.
