摘 要:在比对集成磁件和分立磁件设计流程的基础上,提出了一套判定2个或者3个以上分立磁件可否集成的判据,对在集成磁件设计当中出现的磁通相互抵消现象,采用几何方法给出了直观的解释和合理的解决方案。分析了集成磁件复现分立磁件电流波形的可能性及条件。对于集成磁件引起的电路拓扑出现电流环路问题进行了深入讨论。在这套理论的基础上,提出采用绕组遍历法设计集成磁件的计算机方法。通过对采用倍流整流的半桥拓扑中3个分立磁件的集成设计,验证该设计方法直观、有效。Differences between designing integrated magnetic (IM) components and discrete magnetics (DM) components were described. The traditional IM designing procedures were also introduced. Following the introduction, a criterion of the integration possibility for two and more discrete magnetic components was proposed. Constraints to avoid different DM flux counteracting were introduced. The current relationship between the discrete and integrated also was discussed. Special interests in current loop of IM components were studied. A systematic design method of IM was proposed. A half bridge with current doubling rectifier topology was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the method.
