摘　　要：生态标签制度作为在欧盟成员国统一实施的制度,目前已成为欧盟重要的新贸易政策工具之一,发挥着越来越大的影响力。论题在对其特点及实施情况进行评价的基础上归纳出对我国环境标志计划制定与实施的五点启示。EU ECO label system, as a unity environmental label of EU member states, now has become an important new trade policy tool and plays more and more influential role in EU. On the basis of appraisal on its features and implementation, this article summarizes five enlightenments to programing environmental label in China.
