硫在Na_2O—SiO_2渣系和碳饱和铁水间的平衡分配研究

摘  要:本文在实验条件下分别研究了渣碱度、实验温度和铁水初始硫浓度对硫在 Na_2O-SiO_2渣系和碳饱和铁水间平衡分配比的影响,得到如下结果:(1)在恒定温度下,渣的碱度升高,硫的平衡分配比升高:(2)在1250℃—1400℃范围内,实验温度提高,硫的平衡分配比稍有提高;(3)铁水初始含硫对硫的平衡分配比没有影响,但与铁水终点含硫呈线性关系。根据所得实验结果,计算得到了 N_(22)O—SiO_2渣系的硫化物容量和不同温度、不同渣碱度情况下,渣的气化反应所产生的钠蒸气压力。结果表明:渣的硫化物容量随渣碱度的变化规律与硫平衡分配比的情况一致,渣的气化反应随实验温度和渣的碱度升高而加快。本工作还对渣的脱硫热力学和物相组成进行了研究。The sulfur partitions between carbon saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2 slags have been measured at different temperatures,slag basicities[Na_2O/ SiO_2,mole ratio]and initial sulfur contents of hot metal,respectively.The sulfur capacities of the slags have been calculated from the obtained sulfur partitions.The results obtained can be expressed as follows: 1.With the increase in slag basicity,the sulfur partition ratio between carbon saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2 slag increases at 1300℃. 2.With the increase in temperature,the sulfur partition ratio between carbon saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2 slag is slightly improved in the temperature range of 1250℃ to 1400℃ at a constant slag basicity. 3.The initial sulfur content of hot metal has no effect on the sulfur partitions,but it is linear with the final sulfur content of hot metal. 4.The sulfide capacity of the slag calculated from the obtained sulfur partitions increases with the the rise of slag basicity. The sodium vapor losses due to the reduction of Na_2O by carbon are cal- culated by using the activities of Na_2O in the Na_2O-SiO_2 slags.The calcu- lated results show that the reduction reaction of Na_2O with carbon becomes faster when the temperature and slag basicity are increased. The desulfurizing thermodynamics and slag phase structures are also stu- died in this work.
