摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆战略规划及其实施意义,在对国外大学图书馆战略规划的内容进行分析的基础上,对我国高校图书馆实施战略规划提出了一些建议。This paper introduces the strategic planning of university library and the significance of implementing the strategic planning, and based on analyzing the contents of strategic planning in foreign university libraries, puts forward some suggestions on implementing the strategic planning in our country＇ s university library.
