萍乡肉红鲫肠道三种内分泌细胞的免疫组化定位分析

摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学方法,对萍乡肉红鲫肠道中分泌胃泌素(Gastrin)、生长抑素(SS)及5-羟色胺(5′-HT)等3种内分泌细胞的分布情况进行了研究。结果显示,3种内分泌细胞中,除未发现分泌5-羟色胺的细胞存在外,分泌胃泌素与生长抑素的细胞在鱼体的整个肠道皆有分布,且其分布密度从前肠向后肠方向逐渐降低。分析表明,萍乡肉红鲫肠道中的这3种内分泌细胞的分布规律与其他鱼体的分布情况基本一致。The morphology and distribution density of three kind of endocrine cells, including 5-HT, SS and gastrin secreting cells, in the gut of Pingxiang red -transparent crucian carp were studied using the immune histochemical methods. Results showed that both gastrin and SS secreting cells were detected throughout fish gut, with their density decreasing gradually from front to back part of gut. However,5＇-HT secreting cells,on the other hand,were not detected throughout fish gut. Analysis suggested that distribution of these three kind of endocrine ceils be basically similar to that of other teleost fish.
