摘 要:以鲫(carassius auratus)幼鱼为实验对象,研究在不同浓度孔雀石绿胁迫下,肝脏抗氧化防御系统中过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)的活性变化趋势。结果表明,SOD和CAT活性变化规律较复杂,但始终低于对照组;而GST活性先被抑制后被激活,最终略高于对照组。3种酶对孔雀石绿暴露的敏感性顺序为SOD>CAT>GST。This paper utilized Crucian carp (carassius auratus) as the experimental materials and studied the activity change trend of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione - S - transferase (GST) in the liver antioxidant defense system in exposure to different concentrations of malachite green. The results showed that the activity change law of SOD and CAT were relatively complicated;they were always lower than the control group. While GST was first inhibited and then activated, finally it was slightly higher than the control group. Exposed to malachite green, the sensibility order of these three is SOD 〉 CAT 〉 GST.
