摘　　要：次贷危机的风暴席卷全球,中国经济当然也在所难免地受到影响。从美国次贷危机的形成过程及原因入手,阐述了次贷危机对中国经济的影响,并提出了防范次贷危机的对策。The subprime mortgage crisis, which sweeps across the whole world like a tornado, has unavoidable influence on Chinese economy. Starting from the procedures and reasons of the formation of the subprime mortgage crisis, this paper expounds the influence of the subprime mortgage crisis on Chinese economy, and puts forward some countermeasures for preventing the subprime mortgage crisis.
