摘 要:为评价哒螨酮在豌豆、豇豆上使用后的残留及环境安全性,采用气相色谱法及田间试验方法,研究豌豆、豇豆中哒螨酮残留量定量检测的气相色谱法,以及哒螨酮在豌豆、豇豆中的残留消解动态,并对其安全使用技术进行示范试验。结果表明,建立的豌豆、豇豆中哒螨酮残留量定量检测方法的添加回收率分别为82.6%~95.1%、84.7%~92.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.39%~8.71%、3.43%~5.27%,最小检测量为0.01ng,最小检出质量浓度为O.005mg·kg^-1。哒螨酮在豌豆、豇豆中原始残留沉积量较低,并与施用次数有一定的相关性;残留消解动态符合一级动力学方程,在豌豆上消解系数(|k|)为0.1927±0.0023,半衰期(T1/2)为3.6d,消解99%所需要的时间(T0.99)为23.6~24.2d;在豇豆上|k|为0.28985±0.00065,T1/2为2.4d,T0.99为15.9d。哒螨酮按常规施药量(有效成分56.25g·hm^-2)及施药方法,甜豌豆在施药后14d施药1次的平均残留量为0.057mg·kg^-1,施药2次的平均残留量为0.061mg·kg^-1;豇豆在施药后10d施药1次的乎均残留量为0.038mg·kg^-1,施药2次的平均残留量为0.045mg·kg^-1,产品质量安全水平符合日本规定的MRL(0.1mg·kg^-1)要求。To evaluate the residue variation and environmental safety of pyridaben application on peas and cowpeas, pyridaben residue content and degradation dynamics were determined by means of GC-ECD and field experimentation. Meanwhile, the experiment to search for a safe application was also conducted. The result showed the recovery rates on peas and cowpeas ranged from 82.6% to 95.1% and from 84.7% to 92.8%, with relative standard deviations ranging from 2.39% to 8.71% and from 3.43% to 5.27%, respectively. The LOD was 0.01 ng and LOQ 0. 005 mg · kg^-1 The original pridaben residue in peas and cowpeas were low, and correlated directly with number of applications. The residual degradation dynamics of pridaben in peas and cowpeas followed the first order kinetic e- quation with a degradation coefficient ( | k | ) of 0. 192 7±0. 002 3 and 0. 289 85±0. 000 65, T/2 of 3.6 d and 2.4 d, and T0.99 of 23.6±24.2 d and 15.9 d, respectively. Using the conventional dosage (i. e 56.25 g · hm^-2) and application method, pridaben was sprayed once on the pea plants after 14 d. The resultant average residue content was 0. 057 mg · kg^-1 , and 0. 061 mg· kg^-1 when two sprays were applied. When the cowpea plants were sprayed once after 10 d, the average residue content was 0. 038 mg · kg^-1 , and 0. 045 mg · kg^-1 when two sprays were applied. These levels were considerably lower than the Japanese food quality standards for fleas and cowpeas (i. e. , MRL = 0. 1 mg · kg^-1 ).
