摘  要:采用点滴法测定花椒(Zanthoxylumbungeanum Maxim)、艾蒿(Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant)、马尾松针(Pinus massoniana Lamb)、侧柏[Platycladus orientalis(Linn.)Franco]、黄蒿(Artemisia annua L.)5种植物精油对室内小菜蛾2龄幼虫的触杀活性,结果表明:随着精油剂量升高,幼虫的死亡率也相应升高,其中黄蒿精油处理对小菜蛾幼虫的毒性最高,160μL.mL-1时校正死亡率达51.73%;5种精油处理对小菜蛾AChE和CarE的活性均有抑制作用,其中,松针精油、花椒精油分别对AChE、CarE的抑制作用最强,抑制率达23.94%、37.07%。The toxicity of the essential oils of five plants, i. e. , Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim, Artemisia argyi Levi. et Vant, Pinus massoniana Lamb, Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco, Artemisia annua L. were observed in vitro on the 2nd instar larvae of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella in lab. The result showed a correlated mortality rate of the larvae with increasing concentration of the essential oils. A. annua oil was found to be most effective in killing the larvae, with a mortality rate of 51.73% at the dosage of 160 μL · mL^-1. The result of biochemical analysis indicated that the essential oils inhibited acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) and carboxylesterase (CarE) activities. Ache and Care activities were inhibited by P. massoniana and Z. bungeanum essential oils the greatest, at the rates of 23.94%0 and 37.07%, respectively.
