摘　　要：目的：做好手术配合，提高复杂性胫腓骨骨折病人手术成功率。方法：复杂性胫腓骨骨折病人30例应用胫腓骨带锁髓内针手术治疗，熟悉操作步骤，默契配合。结果：30例均获得骨折临床愈合，临床愈合时间8～16w，平均12w。结论：配合胫腓骨带锁髓内针手术治疗取得了良好效果，创伤小，并发症少，疗效好，临床愈合时间短。Objective：Do a good job with surgery,increase complexity of the tibia and fibula fracture patients surgical success rate. Methods： Complexity of the tibia and fibula fracture of the tibia and fibula of 30 eases of patients with interlocking acupuncture treatment, familiar with the tacit understanding with the steps. Results：30 patients have received the healing of fractures, the healing time of 8 to 16 weeks, an average of 12 weeks. Conclusion ：Tibia and fibula meet with interlocking acupuncture treatment achieved good results and less trauma, fewer complications, efficacy, and clinical healing time is short.
