摘　　要：目的：探讨心理护理在阴茎癌患者围手术期的护理作用。方法：对25例阴茎癌住院手术患者给予相关的心理护理，明确患者围手术期心理状况变化。结果：25例阴茎癌手术患者均能解除与手术相关的各种心理顾虑，促进其康复出院。结论：阴茎癌患者均存在抑郁症状，在围手术期给予心理护理有助于缓解患者抑郁情绪。Objective：To investigate the psychological care in penil cancer surgery during the perioperative period. Methods：Treat psychological care on 25 cases which suffered from penil cancer, observer and analyze their mental condition during the perioperative period. Results：All 25cases are able to overcome the barrier of fear caused from the surgery, accordingly it contributed to get over themselves. Conclusion： Normally all patients have symptom of depression,psychological care help relieve depressive emotion.
