摘　　要：探讨了有关企业纸质档案数字化的若干问题,包括纸质档案数字化硬件设备的选择问题、纸质档案及电子档案的安全问题、纸质档案全部数字化或者部分数字化的问题、自行数字化或者外包数字化的问题以及数字化工作的监督管理问题。This paper probes into several problems related to the digitization of enterprise＇ s paper archives such as the problem of the selection of hardware for the digitalization of paper archives, the problem of the security of paper archives and electronic archives, the problem of total digitalization or partial, digitalization of paper archives, the problem of selfmade digitalization or outsourced digitalization, and the supervision on the digitalization, etc.
