摘　　要：随着对竞争情报需求的不断显现,企业纷纷建立起自己的竞争情报系统。国外竞争情报起步较早,已出现了比较成熟的专业竞争情报软件;我国竞争情报开始较晚,但一些公司已经开始关注竞争情报软件,并推出了自己的软件产品。介绍了国外及国内一些比较知名的竞争情报软件,并对各竞争情报软件功能、特点进行了比较与分析。As the demand for competitive intelligence continuously emerging, many companies have set up their own competitive intelligence system. The competitive intelligence started earlier in foreign countries that have developed more mature professional competitive intelligence software. The competitive intelligence started later in China, but many companies have begun to pay attention to competitive intelligence software and produced their own software products. This paper introduces the main competitive Intelligence software developed by China and foreign countries, and compares and analyzes the functions and features of all competitive intelligence software.
