摘 要:针对吸收式太阳能海水淡化系统,设计了一套竖管降膜吸收实验装置,以溴化锂溶液为工质对装置进行了实验研究.通过改变水和溶液温度、喷淋量及溶液的浓度,测试了不同工况下系统的运行情况.得出溶液具有较好吸收率的基本条件,给出了系统最佳运行的参数范围.实验表明,在运行压力达到10 kPa和溶液浓度为50%左右的情况下,当被吸收水的温度高于30℃时.溶液已有较好的吸收速率,此时热源的温度仅为45℃~55℃,这十分有利于太阳能集热系统发挥供热效率.A new experimental unit,based on the vertical tube falling film absorption process, was designed for the absorption type solar desalination system. The experimental research had been carried out with LiBr solution as the cryogen. The operation parameters had been measured in the different operation pattern through changing the temperature of the heating water and the solution,spraying quantity and solution concentration. The basic conditions were obtained for a good absorption rate and the optimum range of the operation parameters also were given out. The experimental results indicate that solution has good absorption rate when operation press is about 10kPa,solution concentration is about 50% and the absorbed vapor temperature is higher 30℃. In this condition,the heat resource temperature is only 35 -55℃ ,which is beneficial to use the solar collection system.
