摘 要:研究D101大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山楂叶总黄酮的工艺条件以及参数,为山楂叶总黄酮的工业化生产提供参考。通过静态和动态试验相结合,对D101大孔树脂吸附纯化山楂叶总黄酮性能考察,以吸附和洗脱性能参数为考察指标综合评价,证明D101大孔吸附树脂对山楂叶总黄酮有良好的吸附分离效果,适于山楂叶总黄酮的纯化。结果表明:树脂对山楂叶总黄酮的饱和吸附量为78mg/g,山楂叶总黄酮主要集中在10%~70%乙醇洗脱液中;山楂叶提取物上D101树脂柱床,以水、10%乙醇洗脱后以70%乙醇洗脱,最终产品中山楂叶总黄酮纯度达82%,总黄酮收率达98%,说明采用D101大孔树脂分离纯山楂叶黄酮可行。Study on purification of total flavoniods of leaves of crataegus pinnatifida bge. by D101 macroporous adsorption resin to provide evidence for their industrialized production. Purification properties of D101 macroporous adsorption resin to total flavoniods were studied by by static and dynamical experiment , and evaluated by adsorption and desorption properties parameters. D101 macroporous adsorption resin take on well isolation and purification properties and is propitious to purify total flavoniods of leaves of crataegus pinnatifida bge. saturation sdsorption is 78 mg/g, total flavoniods were mainly in 10% -70% ethanol eluting solution. The total flavoniods are adsorbed by D101 resin column,eluted with water,10% ethanol, then 70% ethanol in order, at last the total flavoniods yield was 98% and purity was 82% ,which meaned it's feasible for D101 macroporous adsorptive resin to purify total flavoniods of leaves of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge.
