摘  要:为了减少甘蔗切割器的切割功率耗损、切割损失并满足切割甘蔗破头率小的要求,在双刀盘甘蔗切割试验台上,通过对刀盘转速、台车行走速度、刀盘前倾角、刀片刃角进行四因素与二指标(切割功率、破头率)进行试验研究,采用二次回归旋转组合设计、综合平衡法等分析方法,得出四因素的优化值下切割功率与破头率最小。最优组合是:刀盘转速581.7r/min,行走速度0.818m/s,刀盘前倾角16°,刀片刃角7.5°。优化后的破头率和切割功率分别是3.259%和1.708kW。To reduce the waste of incising power for the sugarcane cutter and satisfy with need of the lower broken biennial root rate, in the paper, experimental study was done through four factors and two indexes (incising power and broken biennial root rate) for rotating speed of cutter, harvester forward speed, cutter obliquity, knife - edge angle on test - bed of double sugarcane cutters. Using quadratic regression orthogonal revolving design and synthesis equity to educe the optimizing of four factors and the numerical value of incising power and broken biennial root rate are least . The best optimizing combination is that : rotating speed of cutter is 581.7r/min, harvester forward speed is 0.818m/s, cutter obliquity is 16°, knife - edge angle is 7.5°. After optimizing, the incising power is 1. 708kw and the broken biennial root rate is 3. 259%.
