摘 要:晶闸管串级调速系统是一种廉价、简易的调速系统,传统内反馈串级调速系统存在功率因数低,谐波污染严重等弊端,采用斩波控制虽然可以有效改善系统功率因数,但并不能从本质上解决功率因数低的问题。采用可控器件IGBT构成的逆变结构取代原有串调系统晶闸管逆变部分,不仅可以使调节绕组侧电流正弦化,减少谐波,还可以向电网提供容性无功,用于补偿串调系统产生的感性无功,从而提高整个系统的功率因数。提出在逆变控制部分采用跟踪电压矢量的SPWM直接电流控制策略,通过对三相电压源型逆变器及逆变器在串级调速系统中的应用仿真,结果表明有效可行。Cascade speed control system is a low-priced and unsophisticated system, but some shortcomings of low power factor and serious harmonic pollution in inner-feeding motor cascade speed control system exist in it. Though power factor can be improved when chopper technique is adopted, the problem is not charged in essence. The application of IGBT instead of SCR in inverter bridge can not only make the current sinusoidal and reduce the harmonics, but also provide the capacitive reactive power to compensate for inductive reactive power to improve the power factor. SP- WM direct current control strategy is introduced in this paper. According to the simulation of three-phase voltage source inverter and the application of inverter in inner-feeding motor cascade speed control system, the proposed scheme is verified efficiently and feasibly.
