摘 要:奶流量自动计量是机械化挤奶中最为关键的技术环节之一,能够为机械化挤奶的控制系统提供重要的决策信号,是实现挤奶自动化的首要前提。我国对机械化挤奶奶流量自动计量技术的研发基本处于空白,奶牛挤奶自动计量完全依赖欧美发达国家的产品。为此,详细介绍了德国旋分-液位式流量计的设计要点、具体结构和工作过程等,以期为研发同类国产化技术产品提供借鉴与参考。Automatic measuring for the milk flow is among the most vital techniques in the course of mechanized milking in dairy, providing decision -making signals for the auto -control system. So it is the first precondition for the milking mechanization. The research and development on the technique mentioned above is still uninvolved in China so that our automatic measuring for milk flow completely depends on the techniques from the developed countries such as the European and USA. The paper concerned a kind of automatic milk meter from German, including the design specification, detailed structure, working process et al, with the intention of providing some references and ideas for the counterpart's designing in our country.
