单盘双条气吸式排种器的设计

摘　　要：大豆"暗垄密"高产栽培技术具有明显优势,但配套播种机械却相当缺乏。为此,研制了高速单盘精密双条气吸式排种器。对排种盘、剔种装置、导种管及排种器壳体等结构进行设计,并对排种器的性能进行试验,试验结果表明,排种性能符合单粒精密播种和大豆双条高速精密播种的要求。The high - yield culture technique of ＂Anlongmi＂ has clear advantage in soybean cultivation, but the matched seeding mechanism is very short of. In order to resolve this problem the high speed precision single - plate type pneumatic seeder was designed, there are two rows in it. After the design of planter plate, seed - eliminating device, grain conductor and the shell of seeder, the seeding performance of it was tested. The result of it showed that the performance met the needs of precision monoseeding requirement and the needs of high speed precision double - row drilling requirement for soybean.
