摘 要:随着测控技术的电子化和信息化的发展,通信网络的有效性直接关系着网络的业务水平。由于网络设备发生故障不仅仅是由一些随即不确定性因素造成的,而且还有一些是模糊不确定性因素引起的。用模糊数表示网络设备的MTBF和MTTR,给出了串联系统、并联系统等典型通信系统的有效性模型,并通过算例验证了基于该模型进行有效性分析的可操作性。分析了典型电力通信系统的有效性模型,对电力通信系统的有效性评估提供了依据,并为完善电网有效性评估方法提供了帮助。With the development of electronic and informational technology in Measurement & Control (M&C) area, the service level of communication networks has direct relation with the availability of communication networks. The failure events of equipments in network are caused not only by some random elements, but also by some fuzzy elements. The MTBF and MTTR of equipments in networks were expressed by fuzzy numbers. This paper gives the availability models of typical communication systems, such as series system and parallel system. The applicability of this framework was also verified by a calculation example. This paper analyzes the availability model of typical electric power communication system, which provides foundation for the availability evaluation of electric power communication system and gives help to improve the availability evaluation of power systems.
