摘　　要：随着计算机及其测试技术的发展,虚拟仪器技术(VI,Virtual Instrument)成为测试测量与控制领域中的重要应用工具。为此,介绍了虚拟仪器的概念、结构及以LabVIEW为代表的开发工具;并利用LabVIEW开发了测试系统,研究农产品物理特性的相关关系;运用MATLAB软件对试验数据进行了处理分析,建立其相关数学模型;编制了相关性仿真仪,为衡量评价产品品质提出了可靠参数与方法。With the development of computers and testing technology, technology, virtual instrument （VI） is becoming a popular tool in testing and controll. The concept, architecture and typical developing platform such as LabVIEW of VI are summarized. The paper studies the correlation of egg compressive properties and other physical properties. Use MATLAB software to analyze and calculate the test data. Set up the relevant mathematics model between them. Work out the compressive properties simulation instrument; for weighing appraises quality of egg propose reliable parameter and method.
