摘　　要：近年来,我国农业机械的快速发展极大地推动了农业现代化的进步。同时,废旧农机具绿色修复再利用仍然是一个急需解决的问题。为此,讨论了绿色农机具修复再利用的重要性、绿色维修的组织实施与管理、绿色维修实施系统、以人为本开展以用户为中心的培训等方面的问题。In recent years, Agricultural modernization is pushed rapidly by advance of agricultural - machinery. However, we are facing a difficulty which should be resolved quickly, that is how waste agricultural - machines are repaired and reused. In the article, these ideas are discussed such as the importance of green mine - machinery repairing and recycle, organization and management and undertaking system of green repairing and recycle, and training system of user - orientating based on human - centered etc.
