重型对冲性额叶损伤66例报道

摘　　要：目的探讨对冲性额叶损伤的诊断和治疗。方法对66例额叶对冲伤患者的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗42例,恢复良好者23例,中残9例,重残6例,死亡4例;保守治疗24例,恢复良好者10例,中残9例,重残4例,死亡1例。结论额叶处于特殊解剖位置及毗邻关系,决定了额叶对冲伤具有较为独特的特点,应充分认识其特点。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe contra-injuries of frontal lobe. Methods 66 cases of contra-injuries of frontal lobe were analyzed retrospectively. Results 42 cases were treated by surgery,23 cases recovered well,9 cases were moderate disability,6 cases were severe disability and 4 cases died. 24 cases were treated by expectant treatment, 10 cases recovered well,9 cases were moderate disability,4 cases were severe disability and 1 case died. Conclusion Frontal lobe located special anatomical position and adjacent, which result in its specific feature to injury, so we should know their characteristics thoroughly.
