益气养阴、逐瘀散结法治疗甲状腺良性肿物疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价以益气养阴、逐瘀散结为主的中草药对甲状腺良性肿物的疗效。方法将66例甲状腺良性肿物患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,采用党参、黄芪、鳖甲、穿山甲、玄参、浙贝等益气养阴、逐瘀散结之中草药治疗;对照组26例,采用海藻玉壶汤治疗,3个月后观察两组肿物大小变化及评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈8例,显效20例,有效7例,无效5例;对照组治愈0例,显效8例,有效10例,无效8例。治疗组治疗前肿物大小为(5.82±1.76)cm,治疗后为(1.49±0.58)cm;对照组治疗前肿物大小为(5.25±1.32)cm,治疗后为(3.53±1.27)cm。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(uc=-2.25,P<0.05),两组治疗前后肿瘤大小及治疗后两组肿瘤大小比较差异有统计学意义(t分别为11.01、4.24、-6.34,P均<0.01)。结论益气养阴、逐瘀散结法对甲状腺良性肿物有较好的治疗作用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine on benign thyroid tumefaction. Methods To divide 66 benign thyroid tumefaction patients into treatment group and control group. 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with dangshen, astragali, turtle shell, pangolin, figwort and zhebei which are generally used for supplementing qi, nourishing yin, dispersing stasis and resolving masses. The 26 patients in the control group were treated with seaweed jade-jar soup. The change of tumefaction was observed and the curative effect was evaluated after three months of treatment. Results In the treatment group ,8 cases were cured ,20 cases were markedly effective ,7 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective ; in the control group, none case was cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, and 8 cases were ineffective. The size of tumefaction was （5.82 ± 1.76） cm before treatment and （ 1.49 ± 0.58 ） cm after treatment in the treatment group, and （5.25 ± 1.32） cm before treatment and （3.53 ± 1.27） cm after treatment in the control group. There and statistical significance in the difference of curative （ uc = -2.25,P 〈0.05 ）and the difference of tumefaction sizes compared before and after the treatment （t = 9.68,7.57, P 〈 0.01 ）, and there is statistical significance in the difference of tumefaction sizes compared af- ter the treatment,too （t = -6.34,P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The method of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,dispersing stasis and resolving masses has good therapeutic effect on benign thyroid tumefaction.
