摘  要:目的:探讨不同磁场对大鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:用邻苯三酚法测定SOD活力,TBA法测定MDA。结果:在30mT磁场中曝磁30分钟,大鼠肝组织中SOD活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01),大鼠肝组织MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:30mT旋磁场对大鼠肝脏组织SOD活力、MDA含量有一定影响。Objective :To study the effect of rotating magnetic field on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), the contentsmalon -dialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) in the liver and heart tissues of rats. Methods: SOD activity was determined with Trihy -droxy benzene, MDA was determined with TBA( Thih bar bituric Acid). and NO content was determined with Griess method. Results : 30 mins after exposing to 30 mT magnetic field, SOD activity in the liver and heart tissue of rats was obviously higher than that in the control group( P 〈0.01 ) i. The content of malon - dialdehyde(MDA) in the liver tissue of rats was remarkably lower than that in the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: 30 MT rotating magnetic field has some effect on SOD activity, the content of malon - dialdebyde(MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) in the internal organs of rats.
