摘　　要：目的:了解呼和浩特市市区政府官员艾滋病知识和传播途经的认识情况及对艾滋病人持有的态度。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,由经过专业培训的调查员对市四区的政府官员进行无记名问卷调查。调查内容包括:基本人口学特征、艾滋病相关知识和态度等。结果:呼和浩特市市区政府官员对艾滋病知识认知率,UNGASS(联合国艾滋病特别会议构建的核心指标)为45.2%,对艾滋病非传播途径存在知识误区。33.9%的政府官员对艾滋病感染者和病人持不歧视的态度,艾滋病知识认知率越高,歧视行为越低。结论:政府官员对艾滋病传播途径认识水平较高,但对于非传播途径仍存在一定的认识差距,部分官员对艾滋病病人及其家属有歧视行为存在,艾滋病相关知识教育需进一步加强。Objective ： To investigate the awareness of AIDS - related knowledge and the disseminating routs of AIDS by the urban government officials in Hohhot and their attitudes towards the patients with AIDS. Methods：A cluster randomly sampling method was used by the specially - trained investigators for secret questionnaire about AIDS among the government officials in the four districts in Hohhot. The survey involved such information as basic demographic characteristics, AIDS - related knowledge and the officials＇ attitudes towards the AIDS patients, etc. Results ： The awareness indicator among the investigated officials reached 45.2% according to UNGASS but they have misunderstanding about the non - disseminating routs. 33.9% of the officials do not discriminate AIDS - infected individuals and patients with AIDS. The higher the awareness rate, the fewer the discriminating deeds. Conclusion ： There is still a disparity in the awareness of the non - dissemination routes among the officials. Some of the officials still have a discriminative attitude towards the AIDS patients and their family members. Education on AIDS- related knowledge should he strengthened further.
