摘　　要：在乡村公共品供给中,农民对政府的依赖程度非常高,而且这种依赖有进一步增强的趋势。农民对政府的高度依赖一方面反映了农村公共品需求与供给还存在较大差距,另一方面也反映了国家公共权力从基层上收之后乡村社会越来越散,农民对政府"输血"式的援助产生了供给依赖,失去公共权力的乡村干部也难以获得村民的信任和支持。In the supplies of rural public goods, peasants greatly depend on the government, and the situation is becoming more and more serious. This kind of reliance, on the one hand, reflects the big gap between the need and the supply for rural public goods; On the other hand, it shows that country society has been more and more scattered after the state public authority is taken back from the grass -root units, meanwhile the country cadres who lose authority are difficult to gain villager＇s trust and support .
