摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩麻醉在老年人疝修补术中的应用效果。方法80例65岁及以上择期行斜(直)疝修补术的男性患者,随机分为喉罩组(LMA)和气管插管(TTA)组。比较两组用药量以及诱导和复苏前后血流动力学变化情况。结果LMA组围麻醉期用药量少,血压波动小。结论喉罩麻醉适用于老年人疝修补术。Objectives To observe the effectiveness of laryngeal mask anesthesia in hernia repair in elderly patients. Methods 80 male patients older than 65 years who were scheduled to undergo hernia repair were randomized to two groups： laryngeal mask anesthesia （LMA） group and intratracheal intubation anesthesia （TFA） group. Drug dosage and hemodynamic changes before and after induction and resuscitation were compared between the two groups. Results The peri-anesthesia drug dosage of LMA group was smaller than that of TTA group, and blood pressure of LMA group was more stable than that of TTA group. Conclusion Laryngeal mask anesthesia is a better choice for hernia repair m elderly patients.
