摘 要:应用次氯酸盐氧化法制备出了纯度较高的K2FeO4,并采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米级SrTiO3.通过XRD、SEM测试对其结构和形貌进行了表征,将其添加到K2FeO4中用于改善K2FeO4-Zn碱性固态电解质电池的放电性能.电化学测试结果表明,SrTiO3添加量为5%时改性效果最佳,放电容量可达344.0 mAh/g,放电效率为84.7%,比未添加改性时提高26%左右,同时对SrTiO3添加改性的机理进行了探索.K2FeO4 with high purity was synthesized using hypochlorite oxidation method. Alsonanometer SrTiO3 was prepared with sol-gel method. The morphology and structure of products were characterized by XRD and SEM. Different ratio of SrTiO3 was added to the K2FeO4 cathode in order to improve the discharge performance of the alkaline solid-state K2FeO4-Zn battery. The test results suggested that the best ratio of SrTiO3 added to K2FeO4 was 5%. The discharge capacity was up to 344. 0 mAh/g and the discharge efficiency was 84.70//oo which was improved by 26% compared with no addition of SrTiO3. Also the mechanism of the SrTiO3 effect on the performance of alkaline solid-state K2FeO4-Zn battery was studied.
